„As a graphic designer, an independent curator, and a member of the team at Salaam Cinema Baku, I am well aware of the power of art and that it can influence social change. My interest at the intersection of art and social change began at the start of my career. I have always been drawn to using art as a means of communication and self-expression, especially when I challenge social norms and help promote positive change. I believe that design can make complex issues accessible and engaging for a wide audience and can be used to inspire action and change. In addition to working as a graphic designer, I am also an independent curator. I am pleased to be a participant in the 2023 edition of the Women’s Digital Exhibition Week and I look forward to contributing to the discussion about the role of women in art and social change.”
