Portrait

“From the time I was in school, I especially loved painting, and it was this that led me to choose my childhood passion as my main occupation. I didn’t think too much about it; I chose the university’s Bachelor’s program in Fine Arts. I truly enjoyed the teaching because it gave me the opportunity to learn about other humanitarian disciplines alongside painting. Since continuous education is very important for developing professional skills, even after completing my studies I constantly try to deepen my theoretical, aesthetic, and technical knowledge and to enhance my creative abilities. I always think about the future: how can I use—and benefit from—other people’s experiences in a better way, in my country?! What contribution can I make to the development of the environment of civil society in which I live?” I want to convey my message to the recipient through my work. As an artist, I avoid close attachment to specific materials, techniques, or an artistic style. I believe that constant searching and experiments are very important for development. Personally, for me, this process is the same as life itself, continuous renewal, and it keeps art’s most important thing—spirituality.”
