Portrait
“I am miniaTura, an artist-designer. Since childhood, I have been passionate about drawing or so-called “stick-stitching.” I tried my hand at many techniques of drawing myself until I discovered artwork in the so-called line art style. Since then, I use this technique in my works and I try to convey what I mean with simple outlines. I am miniaTura, and my drawings are called miniaTur. Later, miniaTur moved from paper to the wall, and today you can find my drawings on the walls of Tbilisi as well. I am a portraitist artist, and accordingly, miniaTur are mainly portraits or human figures; I rarely use other objects. By profession, I am a designer; I create handmade jewelry and decorations. I try to use my abilities properly and give my imagination plenty of room to unfold. I also gladly test my luck in various fields of art—painting, photography, video art, body art, land art, stencil techniques, graphics, Photoshop at the level of an amateur. I am learning sewing, weaving, and various technologies for processing fabric and leather.”
