“Before the pandemic I never had a desire to paint. One day I decided to buy all necessary materials for painting and to try. My first work was a black woman I posted on my facebook page. My friends liked it very much and it greatly motivated me. I realized that painting gave me a lot of pleasure. I always draw when I am free. I tried all styles but found that drawing people is the most enjoyable. As if coming to life on canvas, waiting for you to complete. It’s a strange feeling… Probably because of my profession. In a word, painting is a boundless freedom.

Probably that is why I acquired a desire to paint during this lockdown period.”
