“I am Asmat Gogatishvili, a writer-philologist, but photography has become an integral part of my life for several years. I cannot imagine myself without this direction of fine art. Of course, without the camera, which helps me to stop the moments and tell stories and stories in the language of photography.
Everything and everything around us is changing at lightning speed, and photography captures the meaning of life, perpetuating images erased from memory and forgotten over time.
The shooting process itself gives me the greatest pleasure. Photography, for me, has not just expensive, complex equipment and pressing a button but a much more magical, wondrous, and deep meaning. The main thing is to feel, feel, understand correctly and convey to the audience so that I can paint a real, creative picture with light, not a simple frame.”
