The organizers assume no responsibility for potential hacking of visual / photo or narrative materials posted by exhibition participants on the site. By registering on the website, you express your intent to participate in the “Digital Exhibition” selection process. Users failing to fully provide the information required in the application will be automatically excluded from the selection stage. Please carefully read the required information and upload quality photographs of your works: if you are selected, the information and visuals you provide will be used to create a digital catalog. Organizers shall provide for the editing and English/Georgia translation of all textual information. When registering on the site, you understand and agree that all the information you provide is genuine and completely true. Users assume full responsibility for the authorship of all uploaded visuals, and confirm all works they upload belong to them (are in their ownership at this stage). Users agree that the organizers are entitled to make full use of the uploaded visual and textual material / information. The website administration shall ensure confidentiality of personal information provided by users (telephone, e-mail, etc.), and any alienation thereof shall be possible only with user’s prior consent. Selected authors will get the confirmation of participation in the Exhibition via email within 7 (seven) working days after the final submission close. The selection of works by the project organizers is final and the decision cannot be appealed on any grounds. The entry fee is non-refundable. When registering on the website, you understand that the organizers reserve the right not to notify you if you are not selected as one of the exhibitors.
